Common questions

Is the preview really free?

Yes. I build it, you look at it, and you decide. There's no cost and no obligation. If you don't want it, I take it down.

How long does the preview stay up?

About 7 days, which is just how long I host previews. Need more time to decide? Just ask.

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 14 days' notice. No cancellation fees, and nothing is billed after the notice period.

Who owns my website and domain?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name and account, and your text, photos, logo, and site files are yours. If you cancel, I send you a copy of the site files and help point your domain wherever you'd like.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting, security (SSL), updates, and maintenance. Plus also includes extras like a review-request link, a booking link, and email follow-ups (review requests, reminders).

Will you take over my Google or Facebook accounts?

No. You stay the Owner. I'm added as a Manager only, and I remove myself if you cancel.

What areas do you serve?
